- To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and contain the original tags.
- To get in contact regarding returns, email us with the subject as “Your Name – Product Return – Order Number”, and the product(s) ordered, the reason for return with some pictures of the product(s).
- We aim to reply to return emails within 24 hours.
- You can return a product if it is faulty, if it is not the correct size etc. “we’re quite lenient!”.
- You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
- Refunds can only be made to the card or PayPal account used for the original order.
- We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
- Please note that for International Shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
- We aim to turn around the exchange or refund within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date we receive the items back.
- Once your return has been processed, we will email you letting you know the status, and if a return or exchange has been made.
- All refunds will be via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3–5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. etc.
- Please note that this varies depending on the issuer. If you have sent multiple orders in the same returns parcel, please note that it may take longer than normal to process.
